Origin & sourcing

This coffee comes from trusted growers and roasters in Nepal and supports farming communities across the Himalayan region. Grown on small family farms, Nepalese Arabica benefits from ideal elevations, rich soils and a slower maturation process that develops complex, distinctive flavours.

Brewing

Medium-fine grind, water at 90–96°C, 1:16 coffee to water. Brew 3–4 minutes for pour-over or 4 minutes for French press. Best enjoyed within 4 months of the roast date.

Freshly imported from Nepal in small batches. Born in the Himalayas.
